1. What CalcoMat is

CalcoMat provides free online calculators, unit converters, informational guides and small browser tools. No account is required. The notepad and to-do list store data only in your own browser (localStorage).

2. Results are estimates, not advice

All results - including financial (loans, mortgages, interest, salaries), health (BMI, calories, body fat, pregnancy-related) and technical (electrical, construction) calculations - are estimates for general information only. They do not constitute professional financial, medical, legal or engineering advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on results.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. In particular you must not:

• Abuse the service (scraping, automated bulk requests, denial-of-service attacks or attempts to circumvent technical limits).
• Introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Misrepresent results as certified or professional calculations.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may restrict access in case of abuse.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, texts, guides and tools created by us are protected by copyright. You may use results and print pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution or commercial use beyond that requires our prior written consent. Third-party content is identified as such and remains the property of its owners.

5. External links and third-party services

Pages may link to external websites (e.g. app stores, reference sources, opt-out tools). We have no influence over their content and assume no liability for it; the respective provider is responsible. Currency conversion may rely on third-party rate data, which can be delayed or inaccurate - verify critical conversions before acting on them. Google Analytics, if you consent to it, is governed by Google's own terms (see Privacy Policy).

6. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. We aim for correct calculations and high availability but give no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or of the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typically foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and contact
